FUJIFILM’s unique optical and image processing technologies have dramatically improved the production efficiency of the high resolution boards.

High Throughput

INPREX uses a new direct imaging engine combining FUJIFILM’s unique laser unit and an advanced lens design technology. INPREX achieves one-time scan exposure by moving the board linearly under the high-grade, high-output laser head and high-speed exposure even on the large-size board.

High Resolution

INPREX achieves a fine-pattern exposure with 1.25μm pixel pitch. Also, smoother printing without jaggies is available even at practical 2.5μm pitch with employment of a new image processing algorithm in addition to the advanced smoothing processing technology. INPREX has sufficient capabilities of exposure for boards including the IC substrate and the module board that require high resolution.

Accurate Alignment

INPREX adopts more accurate alignment functions including scaling by each board processed XY independently in real time based on the measurement results of the marks. INPREX can produce narrow pitch and narrow clearance patterns that were difficult with previous systems.
