INPREX is the first digital exposure system in the world to achieve both high resolution and high-speed exposure, in anticipation of the mass production of high-density boards. Also, the speedy job-switching on INPREX enables high productivity even with small-lot production of various products.

INPREX achieves a tremendous job switching speed of approximately 30 seconds. Now no condition-setting work is required for multiple film masks, film cleaning or tool setting. This digital exposure system allows you to meet the need for quick delivery and on-demand production.
The maskless digital exposure system cuts mask costs to zero, so you can reduce all exposure-process related costs, including the personnel cost for output, inspection, replacement, cleaning and storage. In addition, the maskless system leads to a yield improvement as it does not suffer failures due to dust on masks.

INPREX achieves real-time splitting and alignment that are required for correcting imaging geometry to distorted boards. When a board is set, CCD cameras detect marks on the board and image processing unit align image data at high speed, based on the position information. The same splitting and alignment as that in a step-and-repeat exposure system is performed in real time for each board.

You can enhance a semi-auto system featuring manual board-setting to a full-auto system equipped with an auto carrier ( with an autotransport mechanism ). Or you can even expand INPREX to a tandem-type system with two-side exposure capability as required by your production line, by combining two full-auto systems and a turnover system.
